Parking downtown can be challenging. I was lucky enough to find a spot 1/2, block from the police station. Enter your spot # n add a credit card for payment. Easy peasy

Tight parking. This place fills very fast. Upper floors are for permit holders. Turn over is fairly regular but you still need luck to find a spot.

You will have to call them and ask. I was the passenger when I went there.
$8 is the max, way too far from the port. The lot also fills up very fast since only the 1st floor is open to the public.
