I know this place serves people that are not the easiest to care for. But I have seen the staff do some good things here. They are a caring staff.

if I could give this place 0 stars I would! My mom was a resident at warren park for one year. This place is a dump and is catered to residents who are mentally ill! My mother was injured and hospitalized numerous times here including another resident biting her on the leg! I would NOT encourage any family member putting their loved one is this facility! The staff pertaining to the cna's and rn's are mostly once race. They gather in a group and socialize neglecting residents. There is also a huge language barrier when communicating with them and they are extremely rude! This facility is run down and extremely dirty! Fights are always occurring and there's extreme negligence. There are many nursing homes out there, dont ever choose this one!!!!
