Called today to get information about the facility. I was transferred to a male that just picked up the phone with no introduction no name nothing. I explained I was looking for information for a friend. What’s weird is he wanted my name the friend and her dads but absolutely no information was given smh. He couldn’t give general cost or co pays, he couldn’t give availability, he couldn’t the fax number, absolutely nothing. But he could say in medical terminology all that has nothing to do with general information. It was an over extensive conversation about having to go through a social working to basically interview the patient to see if they are “ a good fit”. Now I do understand that all facilities don’t offer all services, I get that. But I called 22 places today and everyone gave information and pricing but this guy was helpful. If you have to be interrogated for general information I can imagine what patients may have to go through. Every patient is different and their needs but sheesh sir you did way too much today and that is truly a reflection of making finding care extremely difficult. Next time introduce yourself and give you name then how many I help you today. Be polite and friendly, don’t overwhelm people with medical jargon. Offer assistance, give information, be kind and offer realistic steps for others loved ones.

I have called this place on numerous occasions to receive information. I called back again today and to no avail there was no one there to answer my questions or call back after the four days in which I called . It’s really sad that Sheldon couldn’t take the time out to return a phone call after four days. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all no communication and very unprofessional.
