Update Sep. 27 2022: I just read the response from the owner. They are correct, the install I had was conducted a few years back, and I did sign off on the completion of the work. I was extremely unsatisfied on the installer's workmanship. I complained at time of install to the installer but understood nothing could be done. I wasn't "complaining in 2022", I just added a photo of the work that had been done so it might help others before making a large investment, and I guess this was the first time the "Owner" looked at my review. I had just had them installed when I initially wrote this. I guess I was hoping that someone form the company might reach out to me about the poor workmanship when I first posted this review, but now understand they either didn't care to respond back then, or just didn't get on google reviews. Either way, the windows are great, but the install of them was VERY disappointing. Also, the response "from the owner" can tell you a lot. Their response is telling because they focus is on posting date, and that I signed it was completed to satisfaction. I did sign, but was not satisfied, and a simple phone call may have been more appropriate than to become so defensive here. Just had windows installed that I ordered from Window World Whitehouse, tx. The windows were measured from the inside to slide in, but the outside was a larger opening because of the type of previous window (single pane aluminum) the installer explained. There was a large gap (1/2 to 1 1/4) on some of the windows. The gaps were closed with plastic trim and caulking. The removal of the old windows left the existing trim beat up pretty badly, and broken in some places, so I will have to replace the trim now. The windows do look good from the inside, and operate very nicely. Recommendation? It's a big investment for windows, so you need to look around at what's out there. The windows are great, but I guess I expected it to look a little better from the outside after install...trim will have to be replaced to have look good. Each window was about $300, and for 9 windows, it came out to over $4,000.00 with labor. So you can see for yourself if it's right for you, here is how my house turned out.

After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as they arrive for your installation.

Generally, replacement windows can be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of window being installed and type being removed helps determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average each window takes about 30-60 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
