We purchased a front & screen door through Builders & Remodelers, Inc and had them install. We are pleased with the installation, the technician and the timeline for the work was as predicted. I am, however, disappointed with the lack of transparency with regards to costs. No costs were reflected on the materials. The salesman simply worked some figures on his calculator and wrote a figure on a piece of paper. Because B&R, Inc was having a special, he then recorded a discount. We have no way of knowing if we were dealt with fairly or not. The costs seemed high ~ $6,000. I asked a question of the sales rep regarding the discount and my inquiry was met with derision. Whether we were or not, we felt cheated in this transaction. We purchased a garage door and had it installed from a separate company at the same time and everything related to that purchase and installation was fully disclosed.

We had this company come out and replace a door and door frame that was rotting as well as letting water in. The quote came in high, but their service and ability to beat our expectations about the lead time was awesome (the installation happened way before the originally quoted date). Bobby is a great salesman and we are pleased with this service!

Many thanks to the super crew at Builders and Remodelers. We replaced over 30 windows and it made a huge difference this last winter. The windows work great and are really energy efficient (best in the market). Ken and the folks were always checking to be sure we were happy with the progress and quality of the work. It is so nice to work with folks that care about how the final product looks! Several of the windows were custom, so they had to get creative on replacement sizes and how to finish the molding. They did an excellent job of making them look great! They even checked back with us this spring to be sure everything was good, and made some adjustments for smoother operation. We highly recommend these folks if you are looking for a quality product and a great looking finished job!

We had Bobby Schulze come out and give us a quote on 11 windows, a patio door and a new entry door and storm door. We couldn’t have asked for a more professional person. He was very detailed, honest, knowledgeable and straightforward with everything we asked him. He was also very responsive when we would call and ask him questions along the way while waiting on our windows and doors. We just had our window and doors installed and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome, from not only Bobby, but the crew that came out to our house and did the install. They were nice professional and went above and beyond making sure the house was clean when they were done each day.
