Our dogs shattered our sliding glass door. We called Lone Star first thing Monday morning and they were able to get it taken care of same day!! Super great work, wonderful service, and cared about the urgency of the situation. William and his team were very friendly and professional. I called to get a quote on a window replacement within my home and your receptionist was vary rude. She was so rude to the point I just had to tell thank you for answering the phone and I canceled the quote process. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but definitely not a way to get customers.

On Friday, I called to have someone come look at my windows. A man, I'm guessing the owner, said that he would call me on Monday morning to set up a time to come by. He never called. I called back Tuesday morning. Juanita found my paperwork then said there is no time on it. I explained that he said he would call me and set up a time. She told me they're too busy to come today but never gave another date or time they could come by. I asked when he could come by and look at it and see about sealing the window. She got very defensive and almost angrily said that they don't do that. Ok. I just need someone to come look at it. She seemed very annoyed. I told her I would call someone else. That's when she apologized...insincerely. Maybe Juanita was having a bad day but I was just needing someone to come look at my windows, assess, and tell me what I need to do. Replace window? Ok. Seal window? Ok. Just tell me what I need to do, please? He was very nice...she was not.
