I purchased a Toyota motor from them for my Camry and I had them install it. It ran rough since picking up my car. I immediately took it to the bodyshop for scheduled paint work on trunk lid. Got it back and took to mechanic my family uses and he sent me a picture of the inside of valve cover and I haven’t put more than 500 miles before major problems. He said motor has sludge and it didn’t happen in just 500 miles of use.

I'm an auto shop owner who decided to try out a JDM engine for the first time. And I must say, horrible experience! Went through 2 engines before getting a refund and going elsewhere. They don't check these motors prior to shipping. 2 engines in a row is proof....The first engine I recieved had a bad misfire on cylinder 3 after installation. A compression test reveiled the #3 cylinder to only have 60 psi. They quickly got a replacement out to me and assured me it was compression tested prior to shipping. Even told me they'd send me a video of it being done (which never happened). This time I did a compression check (dry and wet) before buttoning everything up. I had to drop the motor in the car first to do this because the starter mount is on the transmission. To my amazment 2 cylinders on this unit tested bad. Deeply frustrating as I'm out the labor time on these. The worse part was there was no show of sympathy or remorse. No apology. Nothing. If you go with these guys expect sub par customer service and a good gamble on you part, not to mention a premium price for a used engine. I was able to source a rebuilt unit at a competitor for the same price. Wish I'd of found them first

Yes. Even they will help and explain. I found them really nice and helpful.
I can't speak for cleaning practices but when I picked up a motor they practiced social distancing and wore masks.
They should have it, you have to contact them.
I don't know how much they would charge to do it but I only charge 500 in labor if the car is brought to me
If you mean tuning, then no they dont jdm used cars and parts only
Gonna need to know if it's a 4cyl k24 or a j30 6cyl 3.0 , but they typically have both.. call and ask for Dzung
Call the number during business hours and I'm sure theyd be glad to help. And was it a 22r or 22re? If it eas fuel injected it would be a 22re
