I read the reviews and became very skeptical about working the load. Had some issues with the correct load number, but wasn’t the shippers fault. Once in the dock, loading was faster than expected. If you get a dock where you need to jump the curb. Bungee your mudflats up so the wheels doesn’t rip them off.

Yes I believe they are closed over weekend
The broker will tell you appointment time but there is always a long line of trucks. And the loaders will come get you when they decide they want to load you. Doesnt matter when you get there you may be there a hour to most of the day
