This is the 2nd time i’ve been here, both times they have been SLOW. APPT: was 12:00, got here at 11:00 to check in, was told I had to be back at 12:00 exact!? It’s about to be 3’o Clock in 10 minutes. 3 HOURS and no one has even touched my trailer / no red light?! Reject loads to and from this place, it’s slow and a waste of everybodys time.

Strict appropriation. they only receive you 30 minutes before. Very rude and with great arrogance the one who does the checkin who has a tattoo on her arm. Lack of ethics. In front of me she discriminated against a man for not speaking English and she didn't want to answer him telling him that she didn't speak Spanish and after a while I heard her speaking her language, because the nopal face doesn't go away even with an operation.
