ONLY 2 CASHIERS WITH AT LEAST 20 CUSTOMERS IN LINE TO CHECK OUT! STORE IS MESSY & UNORGANIZED! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WILL SHOP AT T.J.MAXX FROM NOW ON! TJMAXX IS WELL ORGANIZED & STOCKED! MAKES U FEEL WELCOME TO SPEND YOUR MONEY! BURLINGTON HAS DEFINITELY WENT DOWN! GHETTO! THE OWNER RESPONDS TO THE BAD REVIEWS ONLY FOR DAMAGE CONTROL,NOT TO FIX THE ISSUES! IT IS DEPRESSING WHEN YOU WALK-IN! I FEEL SORRY FOR THE EMPLOYEES,MUST HAVE BAD MANAGEMENT & OWNERSHIP!

Unfortunately on my visit the card machine was down and only cash was being accepted. Not sure who if anyone carry more than $50 in cash, so my purchase was limited.

Fantastic experience. Great customer service. Mike one of the managers is awesome. Listen guys if your looking for variety...they have you covered. Tempature was also perfect as well, which makes the shopping experience even better. Also clean restrooms and water fountains.

The store was good. I tell you don't judge a book by its cover. The young man that checked me out was very sweet and provided exceptional customer service. I say don't judge a book by its cover because he did not look like the typical cashier he looked more like someone that would possibly work in the back room stocking he had dreads and wore t-shirt and sweatpants. He was the nicest kindest person. He greeted me with a hello did you find everything you needed today? He looked me right in my face he smiled and had a cheerful demeanor. He thanked me for shopping at Burlington and Hope you come back to see us. He did everything right!!!
