Buyer beware!!! The company leveled my back yard and delivered some dirt. I asked them to get me a pallet of sod locally and to place it on the hill in my back yard so the rain will not wash the grass seed away! This company charged me an extra $1000 dollars just for one pallet of sod and for them to put it down! The site was already prep for the sod!! The owner stated that it’s for the delivery of the sod and he had to pay his employees to put this one pallet of sod down. You can get a pallet of the same sod from the same place as this company did for $125.00!! So you can make decision if you want to use this company!
