Mr. Donnell Butler was so kind, extremely considerate of my time, and very efficient. He made sure everything was clean and accounted for. He was very clear about what I was missing and even highlighted it when showing me my record. I wish everyone could get Mr. Donnell’s desk when they out-processed! The lady that took my single remaining item (wearing a purple shirt today) was also SO kind and wonderful! Because of this awesome team of people, I got everything cleared in the same morning. This was definitely the best CIF experience I’ve ever had in the Army.

After many horrible experiences in the past, the current team at Fort Bragg CIF was amazing! I have never had a team more understanding and worried about the Soldiers. The truly made what can be a troublesome process very easy and seamless for myself and all the Soldiers I saw around me.
