These ppl are sorry and I’m gonna end up taking my kids outta this doctor office. Biggest mistake was allowing them to come here. They don’t do they jobs properly and I’m over it.

The worst decision i ever made ive given them chance after chance and its still problems when it comes to scheduling, shoot appts, and customer service. My son was here to get his yr shoots Dr J came in to check him before his shoots she is always so rough with my kids i have to ask her every time can she be a little more gentle no apology or nothing . only reason a gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because Dr ali is great and has always taken care of us

Online scheduling is presented as an option but then its not correct so have to phone in appt Then constantly rescheduling appts with no regards to ppls schedule or trying to reschedule with new doc.

All three of my kids are patients. We have been proud members for almost 10 years now and I have never had an issue. They are amazing. They even took me back after I my insurance cancelled and had to visit the health department. If your not familiar with most offices protocols, usually when you switch providers they dismiss you indefinitely from the practice. I thank all of the staff and doctors for helping me on my journey through parenthood. God knows I've had my share of visits, phone calls and crisis lol. You guys are rock stars!
