Worst VA facility I have experienced. If I could give them a -2, I would!! Communication skills totally allude this facility. In the 4 months I've been a part, and I use that term very loosely, it's been a significant struggle to get much needed appointments. 2 of my appointments, mental health and cardiology, were cancel with not even the first word to me; no call, no email, not even a carrie pigeon sent my way. When I did manage to get my cardiology appointment rescheduled, which took me about 10 emails with the cardiology department to get anwers to my questions; Their covid policy of having patient text when arrive and wait in their car until notified, DOES NOT WORK!! I waited 35 minutes, 20 minutes after my appointment time, before I went inside and was told by the person behind the desk I might have to wait to see the doctor!! Are you kidding me?!?! I've attempted to contact my primary care doctor, by either phone ( 4 times ) and by email once, and they have only responded twice!! Also, the my health eVet messaging system, which I did NOT have a problem with in the other 2 VA heath care systems, was a major pain and took me over a week and 4 phone calls to the my health eVet coordinator just to be able to email my primary care provider. For all the good that does, as they don't respond! And certainly NOT in accordancde with their own response time of 24 to 48 hours!!! I NEED HELP!! If this facility can even manage basic communication skills, how can I trust them with my health!!!!

The website shows 31 days for a new patient appointment. I retired 1 December 2020 and called immediately to set up my new patient appointment. I was sent to a call center who said they would pass my info to the scheduling team. Fast forward to 3 February 2021 and I am still waiting for that call. I just called again to setup my appointment and received the same line that my info was going to be sent to the scheduling team. So much for the 31 days to get an appointment, I am on day 64 and still waiting....
