Horrible place after all. Their billing department doesn’t even know how to bill Tricare and they’re located in a military town. The counselors are ok but the owners and insurance billing department need to find another occupation or learn how to do their job. Sad honestly!!!

The only reason I gave a 3 is because the Dr. Brian Lewis, has been awesome with me thus far. Mrs. Randa and Mrs. Gene, have both been awesome as well. When it comes to the 3 people that I deal with on a consistent basis, I give all of them the respect where it is due!!! AS far as the front desk staff, it can be 1,000x better. No one ever answers the phone which causes me to have to drive 40 mins just to walk in and I still get attitude...but, if someone answered the phone we wouldn't have this problem right! Even though I'm all over the place, Mrs. Randa and Dr. Lewis seems to all ways be very understanding ❤

Administration is poor. They lack organization & responsibility. The therapist are awesome but there is no logistical support: phone system, records, insurance, prescriptions are a train wreck. I talked to Ms. Johnson and she was unable to follow through on any remedies she promised.
