I came to Orcutt with reservations after a bad experience with a pricier bankruptcy law firm. Thankfully, my doubts were misplaced. I worked with Kelly Early, Megan Clark and Nikki West, all of whom were professional and answered my endless questions quickly. In court, my attorney, Erica NeSmith, was fantastic and quick on her feet with the tricky questions the bankruptcy trustee asked. Overall, my entire experience with Orcutt was so much easier than I thought it would be thanks to the professionalism of the women of the firm.

My wife and I made the decision back in 2016 to file a chapter 13 due to situations out of our control. After spending 5 years rebuilding credit while in the chapter 13 from John Orcutt office, we had an extremely difficult time getting the mortgage reconciled upon our discharge.
