Can you please do something about the people on last street with the big white car.They wake us every night fighting and slamming and banging.We tried to call but no answer.The old man they wake up is 78 years old and it happens almost every night around midnight.

First you have to be put on the waiting list. And you have to be homeless. Once you are I the program you can stay for up to two years it depends on what program you are put in.
