So far I have ordered delivery twice from this pizza hut and both time I have encountered lazy employees who will sit in there car instead of bringing you your food . They barely speak English , they don't know how to count . It's just horrible, I'll be damned if I order a third time I will just walk to another place since this is the only pizza hut who delivers to my area .

Not only did they get my order wrong, after waiting more than an hour and half for this pizza to arrive when I was told 30 mins over the phone, the delivery driver forgot to give me my drinks and upon payment was trying to get more money from me even though they had already charged me delivery charges by saying he doesn’t have change and minutes later saying he does have change. I have zero respect for crooks and this location definitely is one. By far the worst delivery experience of my entire life in north america.

I reccomend you honoring your ads. I purchased the bookit tshirt deal, ONLY for the tshirt, only to receive an email 24hrs later, saying no more shirts. No consolation. Completely unacceptable. The pizza was dry and cold when it arrived and the company offered me nothing in return. I will not be patronizing this store again.

Ordered 2 large pan pizzas and Cinnabon from this location. I was charged $1 extra on each pizza for ordering pan. The pizza was delivered and it was definitely not pan and the dough wasn’t cooked thru properly either. Was so disappointed bc Pizza Hut’s veggie pan pizza was my favorite. This one ruined it for me. Would not order again or recommend. Side note - the gentleman that made the delivery was extremely kind - A+ for his service.
