I usually go to this store since it’s right down the street from me. I placed an order online and went to pick it up. When I got there the lady was SO rude! She in a very defensive manner told me their internet it not working so they didn’t get any orders. I asked her if I can order a pizza now that I’m in the store. I had to ask her twice to get a clear answer. I understand things happen out of your control. But this lady offered no apology, no resolution, and no professionalism. I would’ve given 1 star but I’ve been to this store and never had a problem.

Excellent service. The staff was nice enough to help out with some confusion we had with the app. The pizza was piping hot and just how we wanted it. All around a great experience, thank you guys!
