Lets go Brandon
This is a great place for outdoor target practice. It's a bit of a drive up Azusa Canyon Rd yet worth it. The staff is amazing.

Really nice range, you will lose phone service while entering the Azusa canyon. I was at the private side of the range, shot everything outdoors, shotguns, rifles, handguns
Rodrigo
Love the setup here, feels more like a private style range for each section. It’s spaced out really well and it’s great for classes. Just fyi, it gets really really dusty in the parking lot.

One of the Best Ranges in Southern California. I know they can be alittle strict with their regulations ex: no steel ammo, but it's true I have seen a fire start because of ammo hitting a rock or steel it started a forest fire and we had to evacuate. It's wide open, the private burms are great! just no cell signal. Home field for Forward Assist Training LLC. one of the BEST schools out there. They host several events great group of instructors and very professional.

Yes, we have shot there in the rain. The road up there can have rock or mud slides, though.
Yes they are .
Yes with an adult is best. Just to play it safe. Besides we are gun owners we don't want to give the other side anything to oppose us on.
Don't know for sure, Most likely
Or you can use one of the private ranges that are available at Burro Canyon for Archery as well.
they do not. they are very pro 2nd amendment. they are not authorities. and many authorities that use the facilities will not bother you as they know people are there practicing their rights. as they are practicing also. happy shooting. stay safe. stay behind red line when directed. they are very strict about safety there. as they should be.keep firearms pointing down range at all times.
You should call them
no
Nothing full auto but I have my ways
Haven't got a clue, sorry.
Not sure but I don't see why not. It is a shooting range and that's what the range is for, target practice
Your own. They sell small amounts if needed.
During fires in the forest area the range closes until roads open back up. Best to call Burro Canyon Shooting Park before going there if fires are active in the hills or surrounding forest.
No you can't. I asked the range officer last time I was there
Their Facebook's Last post is on April of this Year Announcing that they are still open so odds are they still are
Yes u can...we had a private range..and my buddy took his fir his son
My buddy and I did .
Yes you can...just remember if you are lowered in suspensions or have nice rims with low tire size...I would recommend you not to go..or take another vehicle
Yes they will. If you have questions visit their website or call them. Enjoy
526 week back weight
Most likely Tues thru Friday
No age limit.
Most likely Pasadena would be your best bet. After shooting all day, you will appreciate the comfort of a 4-5 star hotel
Approximately 1920 feet according to GPS
Yes
Cant rent any fire arms but do have ammo for sale
Not really unless you shoot at the pistol range but if it's that shoot in your back yard
Yes you can they have you at either ends of the line.
Keep trying. They become busy in the office and sometimes there is just one person in the office.
As long as there is no metal inside of it, it should be fine, but I would reccomend contacting them directly to make sure
No, but if you rent a private lane, they let you bring your tables and BBQ grill...
I think 6 or 7 but you have to be with a parent or guardian.
They take both, but it is best to bring cash as a backup because sometimes their card machine goes down
normal
You can use your own ammo but not full metal jackets because it is in the Angeles national forest so they don't want a spark to light a forest fire. To transport your gun there if you don't have a CCW permit then your gun has to be kept in a locking safe in the trunk of your car. Then the ammo needs to be in another safe and kept up front on the floor board don't. If your gun is a semi-automatic then make sure that your magazines are with your gun in a safe in your trunk and not loaded and noit in the same safe as the ammo because magazines are considered part of your gun
For both. Members just have extra perks
It's 4 people included in the price of the range each additional person is $30. No limit on the amount of shooters.
Yes Mr. Castro is correct. As long as accompanied by a adult\sign waiver you can bring child under 18. Yet your judgement on how young is okay for that environment will be important. Don't bring a kid that may be afraid of loud noises or obvious other reasons. Good luck and happy shooting.
Steel case is okay to use. Steel core rounds are prohibited. The issue is most steel case ammo available in the market also has steel core. Safest way to go at it is get a magnet and touch the tips of your ammo. If it sticks you can't use it there. They will actually kick you out if you get caught using it.
You have to bring your own. They dont carry any for rental purposes. If you want to know a place tht has tons of rentals i know a couple in the OC area
300 yards
Actually it is between $15-25 for the day to shoot. During the week is $15 and not as many people there. During the weekend it is $25 and more traffic. I have receipts for 3 visits the last month. Also Tuesday is closed to the public. 8-5pm and in Nov. Starts the new open time 8-4pm (daylight savings ends)
Yes. You just need to park on the street and walk around to the back to hop the fence on Labor Day, since the front doors will be locked. It's free that day too and you'll likely enjoy the entire range to yourself. Enjoy!
