I have to give the staff 5 stars for taking such good care of my elderly father's reading needs during this pandemic. Their customer service has really been above and beyond, while also keeping our community safe. The selection isn't the greatest, but with the small town selection feel also is the small town helpfulness and friendliness. I've gone to the much larger Arcadia library twice during the pandemic because theirs is a bigger selection, but the staff make you feel like you're a bother to them for checking out books--at a library. Twice was enough. So we happily come back to Azusa because they are happy to help us find whatever books we need. And, now that we can go inside (for now), they also understand that I have to yell in my dad's ear for him to hear me since he can't see my mouth to understand me (because of my mask). They don't make us feel bad for that and I really appreciate it.

I love this library! I used to go there all the time when I lived a street over from it (that was about 10-12 years ago). It was always clean, quiet, well organized and the employees were top notch and always very helpful. I used to take my three nieces there with me and they had a blast in the children's section. Awesome place, keep up the great work!
