Affordable gas prices for CNG vehicles. Customer service could use some tweaking; it is very hard to get ahold of someone. That’s my only complaint.

Not facility for accepting bill payment. Only for operation of gas line.
You can do it on the gas company's website (socalgas.com). You only need to create an account and your invoice or bill number to change the address.
Yes CNG for vehicles is available 24-7
I too had seen it was down on 11/10 mid-day. I went by later in the in the pm and it was up.
Call the customer service center and explain what happened. They will help you get your service back.
