This place is delicious! The employees work hard and the product always turns out - all of their combos are awesome. Reason for only 4 stars is due to the owner. While sitting inside, I can hear her train/interact with her employees. She's very short, rude and condensending. I work in a customer service industry and personally train new employees, and I can't help but feel immense pity for the employees who work for this owner. It makes it difficult to support this place, which is depressing.

Love this place. Only other authentic shaved ice place is in Hawaii, I go Hawaii twice a year and every time get at least four or five shave ice while I am out there but now I can still go get my shave ice and feel like I’m home

My husband was really craving some shave ice yesterday, and so we decided to give this place a try. It was amazing! Really delicious shave ice, and the staff were very friendly. We're definitely planning on going again soon to try some of the other things on the menu.

I love love love this place. There are an endless amount of options and flavors. The sizes are MASSIVE. I recommend a regular size for one bold person. Any size larger than that would be intimidating and terrifyingly amazing. Always great service! Also, they put the toppings IN THE ICE and it is like mining for treasure.
