I ordered a thin crust with ex sauce lighy cheese with pinapple and ham they gave me a thin crust with pinapple and ham but no sauce and extra cheese and they sent us a new one with ex sauce light cheese but no toppings but then a nice lady gave us credits so it made up for it.

This place is a disgrace absolutely disgusting I placed an order at 10 pm and it arrived at 12:20 when it was scheduled for a 10:47 delivery the food was then ice cold and all soggy and not to mention I ordered 8 wings yet only 4 arrived I tried calling immediately and now they won’t answer although they are still open do better this is the only dominos location that I have ever had a problem like this with the staff needs a complete overhaul.

I always love Domino’s pizza but this location @ 3rd & Vermont Ave. doesn’t even know what customer service is all about. I ordered online and was told that I would have to wait for 30 minutes. I came there to pick it up and was told to wait for another 14 minutes because one order is not yet ready. So, I waited again, customers who ordered after me already got their order. I came back to the window & reminded the person on the window that I have been waiting for 1 hour now. Still, my order was not yet ready. I requested to talk to a manager and nobody came to talk to me. After how many request to talk to a manager, a lady came by the window and I do not think she was the manager. She did not offer any explanation but told me my order was not yet ready even though the online app already said so, if not, I can just cancel my order. So, I was already an angry customer and said to cancel my order then. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
