The worst building I ever rented. I rented 2 spaces an office and apartment. The office floor internet never works and the printers are always out of service. The build is dirty and only gets vacuumed on the floors once a month. The elevators are always not working. The walls on all the floors are scratched up and holes that are never patched up. The front door entrance doors don’t work and don’t lock sometimes which allow anyone into the building and is completely unsafe. The finishes are very cheap, from the paint, floors, to the appliances. Even my ac stop working during a heatwave and the maintenance people didn’t know how to help. Also to top it off they test alarms in the building starting at 7am for hours. They have no consideration for the tenants or give any kind of notice for doing this. This company really is poorly ran and they don’t care about their tenants. I would not recommend this building and company, it’s a ripoff
