Doesn’t deserve 1 either … or 1 hr in ER waiting for Triage. Still waiting and they seem to have their own order while giving a reason that computer is down. Last time they poked me and the redness is all over with black spots … has been a week. They don’t know IV3000 and they are nursing stuff. Pathetic for a hospital. Developing countries ER do a way better job. Wonder why Stanford even recognised them. It is such a big let down compared to Stanford in Palo Alto, Redwood City, San Jose ….

I had a great experience with the Labor and Delivery team for the birth of my baby boy. Every single nurse was so kind and empathetic, they explained all of the things they were doing, and I never felt rushed or pushed into doing things I didn’t want (for me, induction or c-section). I felt genuinely supported, safe, and that they had my best interests in mind. Particular shout outs to Mo, who is so sweet and performed the most painless cervical checks I’ve ever had, Dolma, Adriana, and Jennie — they are all absolutely wonderful. The food service post-delivery was also pretty tasty, and the people managing the delivery were very efficient and professional. All in all, I’m so impressed with this hospital. I hope they compensate their staff well, as I hope to see them again in the future for my next delivery!

So I was admitted till day before yesterday and had to go in yesterday to get stitches and wound area check. But dr Ketchersid is the best dr ever with dr John yee. They are several other doctors I will name later but emergency wise I’m talking now I had several visits before this due to fluids going into my lungs for heart failure but Dr. YEE released fluids every time he saw my name checked him without even calling me he would be there also there are several times I was in a minute and Dr. Ketchersid was a hospitalist which I will always thank him from the bottom of my heart what he has done he will listen to you and not brush you off. So talk to Keith G soon five or more stars better than that. But I stayed for a week since last Monday and he was the hospice took care of me with no problem sat there listen to me versus other doctors brush you off which which is the younger doctors and they do not listen to you they just like the bill. All hands up to talk to dr. Ketchersid . I can keep going . But everytime I left because off the other doctors with him my anxiety was controlled very much with him and I did not leave. Thank you again dr John yee and Ketchersid.

Traumatic experience with labor and delivery team in Pleasanton location. If you are pregnant and planning on delivering at this hospital, I beg you stay away!!!! Couple of nurses were just rude and horrible throughout my 5 days in hospital. They kept me pushing for more Pitocin and to start an epidural. The push was never ending. The whole time I was there I felt I was rushed. Everyone wanted me to get over with labor and be out of the room. Mind you I was being induced and induction takes it's own time to labor. Things were worst already and I was pushed thru C-section by Dr Jennifer Adey when not needing one. She just lied to me to push me thru C-section! She knew any reasoning would not budge me for C-section. So she had to give me something to make me agree to C-section!! Putting someone thru surgery when not needing one to make more money? Worst worst hospital when it comes to patient care and needs. Two nurses that gave me a very hard time were Judy Feirfarek and Emily Wasson. If you have these nurses and doctor stay away from them. They do not like you asking questions, no explanation on anything. Traumatic t experience delivering baby and having my primary ob-gyn at Stanford. I filed complaint with Stanford Heath Care for the horrible experience, and they haven't reached out to me with the status of the complaint after 2 months of calling them multiple times!! I wish no other mom goes thru this traumatic experience that I have been thru. If you are delivering here, hire a doula/midwife who can make decisions based on what is really happening with the labor and not go with the doctor's lies to push you thru C-section surgery . I wonder what is Stanford's C-section to vaginal delivery ratio! I bet it's high. Update: 9 months to my complaint at Stanford patient relations and multiple calls. Still no status or update on my complaint.
