June 6th 2022: So far was promised a job interview but then nothing. Well. I will give them 2 other chances, then I will post an update. (update below). June 24th 2022. I was finally offered a job. However, the employer made up a lie to terminate my employment based on "low performance."; during the 2nd day of the 3rd week of training out of 6 weeks of training. I still had 3 more weeks to learn, plus 30 more days for an actual performance qualification scoring. I clocked-in 5 to 15 mins prior work and clocked out 1 to 3 mins after done with schedule; took 26 min lunches to comply, the job did not offer any breaks. Worked from 8am to 5pm total 42.5 hrs and got paid for 40 hrs only. Terminated under low performance, but honestly Who is going to be high performance while training a new computer system and memorize internal business codes and jargon?? When a brand new trainer talks all day long without even gasping for air, because you know kids, she's got it all (sarcasm). She never allowed time for people to actually think. So I kind of complaint about it, and that was the end of it. A week later I was Rated "low performance" by this Brand New Trainer who happened to be a white woman, search LinkedIn Amanda Cox. She fired me saying "she had a feeling and perceived, I was unable to perform the job." Decisions are made based on actual facts that can be backed up by physical evidence, error and trial, and providing a warning about performance, so a real failing person can pursue to become better if that was the case. But I was straightly terminated, fired. Furthermore, I was one of the few people to volunteer when this brand new trainer needed it. Everyone else ignored her participation requests, now I understand why. 99% of coworkers were of Black race. They've had already dealt with the white racism stuff. Lesson learned for me. I'm half Colombian half German. I speak German, Spanish and English. Forgive me if the mixture of those languages in my head plus my aneurism causes me any accent. Pardon me RH. No further investigation from Robert Half team. They allowed unfairly dislocation of my employment. Left me completely alone in this matter. Both Employer and RH promised me to hire me again for the same job on a different training cohort. Still this has not happened. After the unsupported termination, I have been unable to reach anybody else at RH for other jobs that I've applied for. Only God knows what they could have written on my profile within the internal RH files. RH has allowed to damaged my reputation within inside of RH due to an unfair termination. No one from RH has reached for the 10+ jobs I've applied after I got unfairly terminated. I've called and left v/m, emailed, what else has to be done in order to be hired again within RH after they've internally allowed their Client to damage my profile with a big fat lie. I thanks to 32 y/o Amanda Cox for being a liar to deeply damage my hiring profile with RH. and thank Pete at RH staff, to supporting lies of its clients and the decay of my employment history.

Been trying to contact these people for a week now. Tired calling and emailed the person I was in contact. I was told to leave a voicemail when the mailbox is full and she hasn’t responded to my email. I understand we’re in a pandemic but notifying clients that you’ll get back to them doesn’t take a lot. Very unpleased with their professionalism.
