No vaccination proof needed but mask is mandatory. And if you don't have one, they provide you.

It is a great place for all ages, including adults. My 11-year-old daughter and I have been going here since she was at least 3 years old and are members! We love so much about this place. You are having fun, while you are exploring, learning, interacting, doing, observing. A lot to see, do, watch, and more. Highly recommend LSC always!

LSC is open Thursday-Friday regardless of the weather.

Strollers are allowed inside. A small number of exhibits have stroller parking outside the exhibit as well.

Yes, Black Friday can get VERY busy at LSC. The mentality is, while one parent is trying to hit all the 80% off sales at the stores, the other is keeping the kids entertained all day, and having them blow off steam at the museum is the perfect way! So yes, expect LARGE crowds if you're coming! Hope this helps.

General admission is $23 adult and $19 kids, they have more activities that are free and some you have to pay, they add it to the general admission, and for your information, if any in your family have any bank of America card, the first weekend of every month is free by showing the card. Just who don't have it have to pay.

Ur kids would love it, there are alot things to do in there. Out door and indoor playground, mini zoo, aquarium, so much fun. Full day would be better.

You can bring food, as well as you can buy food there. They serve a variety of stuff, kind of like a 7-eleven type of store. Pizza, chicken tenders, salads, snacks like potato chips etc.

Actually it's excellent for adults, and though they have areas for very young children, I would recommend that children be able to read at 3rd grade level at least.

I dont think you can only buy tickets to the planetarium. You'd have to buy admission tickets plus the planetarium. For one planetarium show plus admission pretty sure it's around 28 for an adult and 23 for a child. It's worth it though.

You would have to take the ferry to Staten Island, take the s89 from Staten Island to Bayonne and then take the light rail from Bayonne to the liberty science center.

Not sure about the bus ride. Lightrail stops at liberty park (you can walk to the science center from the stop) and you can get on the lightrail if you come to Jersey by PATH train. $17.75 for kids under 13yr
