Idk why your time there wasn't great but I went on a class trip n it was great, maybe u should speak with the manager there.
I wouldn't say defective per se, but a lot of the exhibits don't work *well*. Touchscreens are buggy and dont often work and when they do recognize a touch it ways needs to load. Doesnt help that kids just pound on them and what help there is(typically teenagers) dont say anything.
I don't think that is correct. But you can take the issue up with the management stating the exact broken exhibits. The statement that the lines are long contradicts the alleged problem.
