EXTREMELY poor service and management. No one ever answers the phone, I have had to give up after hours of trying and physically go there to speak to anyone. I have brought this to the attention of the executive director and nothing has been done about it in over a month. Filthy, smells terrible, staff are rude and sitting around chatting and not caring for patients. Diabetic patient with table full of candy and no one notices. Go elsewhere!

First let me start by saying that this facility is a Diamond in the Ruff. This facility reminds you of what skilled nursing facilities were and what we need to go back too. The management has changed to include a more diverse, inclusion and more improved culture. As we know it will take time, but looking forward to the journey with some new and Amazing staff and residents.
