I have been a resident of this facility since June 2022 and whenever I need a situation handled I have gone to Jennifer and Tracy in social services and they've immediately resolved and always are so positive and happy to help. It makes my stay here such a positive experience. They make my worst days better!

Do not answer phone calls and when they do they hang up! Got hung up on twice and when I tried calling back again, no answer!
