I purchased a mattress from the bed shed last summer. I was not pleased with it, as it sagged after a short time using it. I finally called John this week and he came to my house within an hour to check out the mattress. He said that it is under warranty and that he would replace it, which he did just three days later. I have never had such a quick response to a complaint and such a fast resolution. I highly recommend the bed shed to anyone shopping for a mattress. Price was great and service Is excellent!
