My wife worked here. They laid her off because they didn't want to train her on some database program. She does have a learning disability and they knew about it we had contacted senator Kelly about it but he did not do anything. Just before she left they told her that they needed to take money from her paycheck and for her to pay back some of the stimulus money that they received to pay a bonus to everyone. They told her this on the day that they laid her off and expected her to pay it back. She's been unemployed since then. This happened on March 31st of 2022.

This facility is administered by the most criminal individuals imaginable. After instructing Ricky and Alex of my wishes for my 90 year old mother they ignored them completely in order to drain her bank account under the guise of qualifying for ALTCS, which they never could quite accomplish. This past September once they had drained all her resources they gave short notice that she was being kicked out knowing there is no family instate. They disposed of all of her belongings, keepsakes and photos and they managed to "misplace" her hearing aids and wedding band and ALL of her identification cards and documents. The state agencies had to force them to pay back funds they took from her checking account after she was evicted. Actually zero stars are more appropriate. Non-Christian

I've picked up multiple shifts there through my nursing agency, although I've been a nurse for a long time each facility can be different. I've found the nurses are helpful and very passionate about their residents, management is a huge resource as well ! During this national nursing shortage this facility still put their residents first and i respect that so much

I would love to commend Lewis F. He has helped our family schedule many appointments to see our mom. Especially, recently when there were many of us to schedule. I know we aren’t the only ones. He is always helpful, friendly and keeps gives our family updates. We appreciate his care and attentiveness to us and our mom. Thank you Lewis.
