I've been to three assisted living facilities this year. I have had good experiences at each of them. But the past two I must say I've also ran into some thorns like on any 🌹. I would like to take a moment to say thank you to Lee who works here. He has been tremendous in his care. I appreciate his zest to find solutions and getting back back to my needs in a timely fashion. So the overall feel here is very positive and I look forward to getting better while I am here. So as I spend more time here I will report and definitely give somebody an overall better perspective of what to expect when arriving.

I’ve been here for about 2months I’ve had nurses who were guys. Their names are Lee and Tomo ( not sure how to spell his ) and Lina. And then my day nurse Cerenity (I think that’s how it’s spelled ). Those 4 are awesome. There are other nurses that are awesome But those 4 I’m going to miss the most. When and if I have to come back I hope to have them. Also, the CNA’s need to make sure that they are careful with the patient. See where they hurt first before they start helping them . Sometimes it does take the CNAS awhile before they answer the call button, but they could either be busy or there’s just not enough help. Also whoever is in charge of the kitchen should be ashamed of the food they give. It’s terrible. If I have money I have food delivered to me. So there is only one nurse that I don’t agree with but one out of all the rest, I would definitely come back here. Thanks again for hearing what I have to say! The first one is raw fries and next one is lasagna ( Does that look like lasagna?????? ) I know they have a lot to get it done buy at least have the food cooked).

I would like to especially recognize these people Amber and Jackie, Jacob, Crystal, Latisha, Val, Tunko, Shari, and Lena these people went above and beyond for me and made my stay enjoyable.

My Dad was sent here after his stay at the hospital. My said everyone at Haven Health Phoenix was really nice and they treated him very well. I want to thank all the staff at Haven Health Phoenix for taking great care of my father.

Hey thanks for asking. In all honesty we don't have anything to hide. We are proud of our facility. We have cleaned up the facility and have spacious rooms that look and smell clean. Come for a tour anytime. I tell people to come tour unannounced as they will see the facility and employees as they are. Hopefully that answers your question. Not to mention, we will have a remodel of the facility, coming soon! On cm's.gov our quality at 4 stars and that is up from the 1 star and that is within a year with new ownership. Great things are happening!
