While living in Florida for 2 years Dr Ramos and staff was very kind and took care of me well. I wish the drs here in Tennessee would be as kind

I started going to Dr Ramos 6 months ago. Since I don't have insurance I had to save money for first visit, $200+. Had my second visit 3 months later, I even saved enough $ to get blood work done that he requested. My third visit was supposed to be Dec 6th. Need my blood pressure meds plus others refilled. Couldn't reach them on phone to verify date and time. Found out 2 weeks later Dr Ramos left on Nov 30th. No heads up, no nothing. New Dr that's there only takes medicare advantage (?). Since I'm fighting for my disability, have no insurance I'm now left to find new Dr, start all over and of course pay high amount for first visit. Thank you Dr Ramos, you got me good. I hope whatever happened was important enough to dump your patients with no warning. Girl at office when they finally answered said on average only 2 out of every 10 people received letter stating he was leaving. Sorry this is long but I had to vent. I'm tired of Drs treating people with no respect.. 🤬🤬🤬

I have been trying to get in touch with his office no one answers the phone. I leave messages they call back days later and tell me to take him a clinic they cant see him until august first he is out of some of his meds. The clinic said to try calling his doctor and nothing happens i dont know what is going on but it makes me upset. They still his primary doctor.yes he was a good doctor but now nope. The office needs to do thier job for their patients.
