Great question. I rarely see much more than birds and lizards, aside from rattlers at a certain time of year (yes, please keep eyes on path during that season for your own safety). Maybe its because people bring horses and dogs as to why not so many other mammals (maybe diff for ppl in neighborhood as my neighborhood in deer valley has rabbits and coyotes).

Why not print up business cards or flyers to start. I would go with a card and put on driver side window. That way it isnt pushy and no one will likely complain. Be ready to go back and pick up any cards that get tossed on ground (dont want anyone to blame you for littering).

Agreed for the majority who use it just for little hikes. I've put in 9 milers. Plus , the wildlife is nice to watch.
