10/10/2023 The kitty Liter Clog. The shower drain in a secondary bathroom in a rental somehow became clogged with kitty litter. Didn’t seem like it would be a big problem so we called George Brazil to send out a technician. They did, three hours after arriving the problem was not solved. Not to worry we will send out a second technician. They did and 10 minutes after he arrived he determined the solution would require digging under the floor in the bathroom over to the P-trap for the shower and replacing the P-trap and the corresponding lines. Time to worry! The cost would be $5300. He then asked would I like to proceed. I did, but not with that solution but getting another option. So I called Roto Rooter, the following day two young gentleman arrived, 10 to 15 minutes later the drain was cleared. The cost $376. Next time you have a challenge choice wisely, the cost of a poor choice could be significant. Thanks Roto Rooter and more importantly James and Tasha.

I called Roto Rooter to replace the water softener filter and the osmosis system filters. Got quoted 416 for one hour of work. The tech who quoted told me probably it would be half since the work should not take the hour. This was Saturday. Came back Monday because he needed to buy the part. Told me he would be around 11 am and got here 1.5 hours later. The filter allegadely cost $78, the other filters I had. They left a bit after 4 pm. They spilled water around the cabinet and had tobopen one of the tubes. Just now I had to re open because it was leaking. Next time I'll do the work myself. High prices and poor quality of service. The two plumbers were nice, polite, and respectful. Other than that, I would not reccomend. Update-after the review received an email inquiring about the review. Was asked if the manager could follow up. I said yes and this was over three months ago; no one reached out. Deficient customer service.
