I have a severe traumatic brain injury and I’ve been doing rehab for 8 years and have a speech impediment. Make sure you put yourself on mute when you start talking about others. Hung up and called again, a very kind lady answered that time and took my info & said that she would send me job opportunities. That hurt my feelings but I’m not going cry about it. Life goes on.

We do not provide training on site. We provide services to help people looking for employment, employed faster and with better employment. In some case we may pay for training which lead to certifications. We urge you to come in and see us where we can better assess what your needs are and together come up with a plan that best fits your goals.

Hello, It's true that Goodwill also offers employment assistance so I think it depends on what type of resume you're looking for and what type of job. You'll need to visit them both to determine what level of service is most appropriate for your needs. ARIZONA@WORK provides more comprehensive services like case management, support services and training Grants. ARIZONA@WORK does have a DES Employment Office at this location but does not help with AHCCCS, food stamps etc. There is no line to enter the building.
If you mean your unemployment application, you would submit it online at azui.gov . There might be a DES employee at AZ@Work who may be able to provide information but there are no unemployment employees at any AZ@Work.
