Delivery was on time and very professional, and we are very happy with the final product. Super helpful parts staff. Parts had to be ordered, and I had to pay in advance. They arrived in a few days and I got a call to come pick them up. They have a table just inside the door for pickup of prepaid orders (covid protocol). Overall a great experience.

Outstanding service did not even buy Tractor from Harvest Equipment which I wish I did.The dealership that I bought it from would not do anything about the cavitating of a brand new tractor. I called Harvest Equipment their response was will take care of it and picked it up promptly went to work on the issue called me telling me that both hydraulic pumps were scored which was making the cavitating noise. They replaced both pumps promptly and brought it back . I have bought equipment from them before and they were very easy to deal with and certainly competitive in pricing. Sometimes you make a mistake and go with the wrong dealer which I did in this case never again. Stay with Harvest Equipment you won’t go wrong!

Service is a complete rip off. They charged me over $1000 in labor to try to diagnose a starting issue my tractor. It was returned with the problem not fixed. Brought it to black mount equipment in North haverhill New Hampshire and they fixed it for about $300 including a $200 part. I recommend black mount, they were awesome.
