I appreciated how swiftly the dealership responded to the recall message I got regarding the Bolt EV software install. They were great. And despite the recall, I still love my Bolt and just hope that General Motors is doing all that it can to hasten the production of replacement battery modules for ALL model years of Bolts. I have to confess that following Chevy's safety guidelines with my Bolt, especially in a cold winter climate like northern Vermont, with outdoor storage of the car and significantly reduced mileage (even more so now, at just 80% with the new software), has been a real challenge and has significantly impaired the value of the car to me. But such is life, I guess.

Am 60 years old and by far the best dealer experience I've had. Was contacted by Lauren about a specific vehicle I'd been searching for and when she told me I went on an hour drive to get there and was not disappointed. Polite, professional, and committed to getting my deal done. Kevin Clark was my sales representative and he was calm, friendly, and with 20+ years in the business he was very knowledgeable. Never pushed me to use "their" financing like other dealers and worked effectively on working with my lender while getting me the best deal and discounts and there were 3 great ones never mentioned by other dealers. They are an hour away and intend on driving there to service my vehicle to see if their service game matches their sales game. Would not hesitate to send a friend, family, or any acquaintances to experience what it's like to work with an honest and highly competent dealer that treats the customer like a partner in the deal.
