I called City of Henderson water service in hopes of starting service with them. Ms. Linda pick up the call and spoke with me. She is a jewel 💎 to speak with. She was very helpful with any of my questions and concerns. You don’t find many customer service representatives this wonderful. I was not able to start service with them to my disappointment. I hope the city is paying her well if not she needs a raise. Awesome job Ms. Linda keep up the great work.

They need to work on their customer service over the phone. Tired to get them to cancel my water bill after I moved to Colorado short noticed after my mother got very ill and i told the lady I was very sorry that I had to leave in such a short noticed and that I was not going to be able to come back in time for the new residence who are moving into my old address! I offered to fax her my identification and also I was able to pay over the phone my bill and any cancellation fees. She was rude saying that I needed to get on a airplane or a bus and cancel my account in person and started to yell at me over the phone that she didn’t need to repeat herself.
