Completely unprofessional. Calls are not returned. Resort to emails after talking to a supervisor and questions are not answered. Major errors in their work. Supervisors are complicit with subpar and disrespectful customer service from employees. They don't work well with my complex either. After seeing reviews from this site and others I understand I am not the only one dealing with the incompetence. Just because people are low income doesn't mean they deserve lackluster, incompetent, unprofessional service. If HUD is aware of this they should do an overhaul and sensitivity training. Not only that, they need an overhaul of their entire system it's obselete!

My name is Ericka and i've been on Glendale waiting list since July of 2016 and have been struggling since that date. I've been a roommate for a few years because living on your own here without help or section 8 or public housing is near impossible. I check periodically my emails, update any address or phone numbers that may change and haven't received any updates at all. I've been homeless and updated that information about that, no return email, no letter confirming they even got the update. You do get a confirmation # when you leave a email but still no email back with answers to questions i had. Calling seems useless because they never know anything or you get a different extension to speak to another person but no answer no phone call back. When finally spoke to someone they had no information about me or my children in file. I gave a confirmation # to when i filed and it was found some kind of information about my application had i not gave them that i probably would of got brushed off like so many before me and sure people after me have got a place to live i guess you have to be a name they pick out a hat because it seems so unfair that information about your application is never available. I entered a lottery and wasn't picked and it amazes me they can pick out a lottery but can't pick from a long list people have waited for for many, many, many years. Alot of single mothers and fathers need help in a severe kind of way but seems we have to just suffer untill it's decided when or if we ever get picked to have a home to provide for our children. I suppose they'll never know because they have a home to go to. I keep the faith that people do there job and put people in homes sooner then later.

I would answer if the Houseing would answer all of us
Clean it yourself/pay for it and reduce it from the rent paid.
The maintenance men are around changing filters today, let them know 👍
At this present time the wait list is closed.
Is there the ail address ?
No
At this time the waiting list is closed, but u can stop by or call to see when the list will reopen
You better off applying for Phoenix housing. Because they have no available apartments for glendale
You need to call your housing worker and ask them they would be better informed with this type of situation
I am sorry, I just clean the building
I think so when the program is open.. However, I don't know about their policy about offering applications if the Section 8 Program is closed. So, right now they aren't open and so they may not be accepting any new applicants. I would call the local office for this information.
Go down to the office and see if theu are accepting an application. Check online within the cities you want to move 2
