I come here all the time for basic hair products. Hair gel, braiding hair, deep conditioner. I've never had a problem with them. There are signs saying no returns so I don't understand why you would be mad if they don't honor your request. As of now I'll continue to shop here.

Everyone wears masks. Customers and staff. And luckily the place is so big social distancing is easy.
