Are you allowed to fly drones by the hiking trails?

I've been shut down by park rangers flying my drone in the park. If you fly, you'll have 30 minutes before they show up. Get your footage and run! #guerillafilming

I'm not certain but can I say "no"? It's really unsettling to have the noise from drones flying around when you're trying to enjoy nature. Similarly, please don't be one of the kids that blasts music on Bluetooth speakers with your friends while hiking. Headphones if you need music.
