The skilled nursing building has really gone down hill. This is the second time my dad has been in this building the first time it was great from the time he got there. This time you see nurses with AirPods on, texting on their phones instead of caring for residents. My dad has lost 20 pounds during his 2nd time here. You ask to speak with someone in charge and the standard line is “she is in a meeting, I’ll take your number” never a call back. Think twice about going to this building. So glad he gets to go back to his apartment soon.

Cigarette butts all over the place and it smells foul. If this is how their entryway is imagine how bad it is throughout the rest of it. And this is from the workers not the residents.

I love working here! Great people to work with, no matter what department I encounter, people are almost smiling all of the time. And the residents are so sweet; I'm learning so much from these senior citizens!

Yes
Yes, they have low income independent living apartments and they also accept Arizona Long Term Care in their Skilled nursing Facility.
They do offer CNA class I work there and most of the girls who I know went to those classes and are CNA now
I am not sure about monthly fees. But in the last 2 months they have not had enough staff to adequately take care of the clients they have.
Unlike the Sun Cities, and other retirement communities where age eligibility is 55, at Glencroft its 62. Which means the residents are older. My Dad is 74. And I've known residents who have lived there twenty and thirty years. I find the community friendly, warm and caring. I like how the young man in the on site bank greets my Dad by name. As do workers in one of the two on site cafes. Residents greet us both as we're out and about. And Dad has developed the reputation as someone who is handy to have around and will jump right in and lend a hand where needed. He became part of the crew who put up Christmas lights all around the covered parking and decorated the court. Dads court has at the minimum a monthly breakfast get together and/or lunch. I believe they do a monthly birthday party as well. I did a lot of research before I moved Daddy to Glencroft, from across country. Daddy lives independently. When anyone asks him how he likes Glencroft, he says, "I'm home."
