Have been trying to get service and have filled out the info o line for the callback and nothing....no call back or communication. Ive tried several times. Guessing the dont want or need customers otherwise they woukd actually call people who fill out the forms on their website for new service. I know another company will gladly want me as a new customer.

I recently attempted to make a monthly payment via telephone, not only was the representative incompetent, but she managed to botch my payment that reflected as paid on my account only to have my internet shut off the entire weekend. To add insult to injury I received a letter stating that accounts with 2 delinquencies required a "substantial " deposit to prevent this in the future. It was entirely her fault and the next time I called in they blamed me. I left my cash payment of 2 months service and was charged a reconnection fee. I neither am happy with the services nor will I recommend them. 3/5 rating because the installer was fast and knowledgable and the internet is blazing fast. Although im considering my options.
