Waited at the store for an hour, before walking out. The customers that were being helped when I walked in were still being helped when I left. All were getting new cell phones, which I understand takes longer than most tasks they preform in the store.... How about leaving one employee open to assist those that are just exchanging equipment or other non timely transactions! Makes business sense.

Friendly, competent service! Sebastian helped my wife and me transfer the data to our new phones and gave us great advice on how to make the transition minimally disruptive. Very knowledgeable and professional, and at the same time personable and friendly. Kudos!

Here’s the best advice for customers coming in, from a Spectrum employee. Always always always try to make an appointment to avoid the wait, if you’re planning on walking in just assume a wait and have patience, being nice will get you far with help. If you’re just returning equipment you can return it at a UPS free of charge no box or label needed, they’ll also give you a receipt like spectrum. If you need something simple like a remote or cord just ask, they practically give them out like candy. If you’re starting new service like internet tv or mobile, always try to go in store, calling in to customer care will ship you equipment days later that’s already in stock at the store, save the wait and get in person help from the specialist. Don’t waste your time in line to pay a bill with a card, you can pay online or by a phone.

Waited 45 minutes to simply pick up a internet router for internet service. 3 associates just hanging out the entire time while waiting when they could have easily helped me. Ridiculous. Could understand if they were busy, but literally it was me and another guy just looking at each other in shock.

Have you call them? When I had router issues yhey eere extremely patient and fixed the problem.
