My child pulled her mask down for a second and the registration staff scolded her as if she were his child. The receptionist stated how displeased she was to have to deal with people, and how she has to wear a mask all day, she also treated a woman in a wheelchair horribly when she simply just asked where something was.

I just called about an X-ray and they said they do them up to 6pm, sometimes 6:30. She also said x-rays do not need pre-authorized for insurance, but my insurance company said they do. I called the insurance company and she said it is the providers responsibility to pre-authorize procedures, and if they fail to do that, they cannot bill you. I suppose these things can vary alot depending on what company you use. The do not schedule for x-rays, you just do walk-in.
