Horrible, I ordered a wedding band paid for 18K Gold over $1200 + and traded in an expensive silver necklace. I just went to sell it a few different places because I decided not to marry. All the places I went to told me this is only 14K and only worth 200 and that it didn’t have a stamp which meant it was also an illegal sale. When I told them they said they changed the rings and made them lighter. They did not refund the difference between the 18K and the 14K. Makes me sick every time I think about it. I still have the ring and the bad memories. I’ll never go near that place again. Very disappointed and hurt :( The ladies name that helped me was Evelyn, her boss and her sold me the ring. She was recommended to me by a man name Charles Allen, I felt like the whole thing was a scam. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone if anything, stay far away, very sad :(

Scott was so helpful & professional. Would definitely recommend! Went back in to see Jairo at Jairo’s creations. He was so wonderful. My engagement ring was stuck on my finger and he was able to cut and resize it flawlessly. Thank you both Scott and Jairo for your amazing work!

I cannot say enough about how fairly and kindly Matthew Green Jewelers treated me. I had estimates elsewhere that were so much lower than the value Matthew Green gave me. Matt was kind and understanding to me and my family, as it was an emotional piece I sold. I would do it again in a heartbeat with Matthew Greens fabulous pricing and caring attitude.

All of our stores are state compliant, meaning that masks are required at all times in our store. That means both you the customer as well as the individual jewelers. We also have our store sprayed once a week with anti Covid spray that is fda approved and try to maintain the 6ft rule wherever possible. In addition I our Boca Raton spot each and every booth has a fully enclosed plexiglass shield above each showcase of fine jewelry. We take our and your health as an important matter. Guests who forgot their mask will be supplied one free of charge on entry.
