Made an appointment through Apple. Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and waited for 25 minutes after my “appointment time” with no help or acknowledgement from staff.

Very poor experience. Was sent to this store by Apple as they are an authorized repair location to look at my AirPods. Not only do they NOT have any mag / wireless charging in the entire store, so of course couldn’t help w my issue, the gentleman was rude and seems put out Apple sent me. Well don’t worry Database, we won’t bother you ever again.
